A couple comments:

"All makes and models" is a VERY bad idea IMHO for a one or two tech shop. With your current 5-6 techs I hope you don't have 5-6 "all makes and models" guys, but a Euro guy, an Asian guy, a domestic guy, a diesel guy, an older and classic ... Login to read more.
