My vote goes to the Goodyear. The Toyo just doesn't stack up as high. I put those exact Toyo's on a good friends truck last year because the Goodyear's he wanted were out of stock. He hates them and wet traction is one of the things he complains about.

I can understand your feelings about Goodyear, because not all their tires perform like the Duratrac. I had Eagle Sport's on a car I owned a few year ago, and they would slide all over in rain too. I've found softer tire compounds (which the Duratrac is) do better in rain, snow, and mud, while harder tires are better for long tread life and have decent dry traction.
