Thanks for the reply. So in answer a couple of your replies, my version of RO Writer (1.26.63 Lite) doesn't list any separate labor only option in history. I picked up on RO Writer pretty quickly, but I've been trying to ease a guy into the front end that isn't a computer guy at all and he's not grasping it (most likely because I'm inconsistent in making time to show him). I can still contact RO Writer support, I just pay for the privilege and get lack luster help. I do regular backups to an offsite server.

So as a follow up question, have you upgraded to the latest RO Writer? Several people have told me they've had a ton of trouble getting it up and running on Windows 10 machines with multiple workstations. They've complained of long loading times for every screen and a lack of support on RO Writer's side when they're trying to work through it. It's made me leery to upgrade, but maybe I've only heard from the loudest complaints. Thanks again!
