I have a family member who lives near Shelbyville, TN that owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan that is having issues upon startup, from what I can tell it's setting CAN bus codes when this happens. Is there anyone in the area that is familiar with this vehicle and this kind of diagnosis that I can send him to?
