I’ll add one. If you pay me $20.00 per hour, that’s all I will ever make in one hour. Pay me $20.00 per flat rate hour, and I can make $25,-$30, $40..... or maybe $10. But I am not fenced in by a fixed hourly rate. Login to read more.
