We went to 4/10's at work, since I have seniority I work M-Th. Friday off isn't bad. My hours are 5 AM-3 PM, before went to 4/10's i worked 5 AM to 1 PM but many times didn't get out of here till 1:30 or 2, so Fridays were 5 AM to 9 or 10 AM.
