You make good points. No disagreement here. However, I do think the flat rate system is more easily abused. Hourly pay takes away a lot of carrot dangling, 1.0's that should be 1.5's, (etc), "do this one thing for free today; I'll make it up to you." (Sure...)... Login to read more.
