I worked for a govt. fleet. All they had was a SO & a OTC scanner. Over 90% of the fleet were GM or Ford. They bought enough parts each month that we had access to factory SI. Never could understand why we didn't have factory scan tools. Would've been cheaper ... Login to read more.
