Re: Service writer and technician interaction
The dealership I ran had 3 writers and 21 GM mechanics, 1
Hyundai and 4 Mazda mechanics. Mazda required their own
writer and marked service desk. The other two writers wrote
up both GM and Hyundai. ![]()
