I go both ways on it. If the labor guide says 11 hours and I know that it's a job I can do in 2, I don't charge 11. Same goes for if it's a job that looks like it'll have a bunch of problems attached, then it goes from 2 hours to 4 hours... or whatever my best... Login to read more.
