Re: What do you do when you're wrong?
I think we have to be careful with how we define "wrong." Our shop really focuses on big jobs and difficult jobs. I explain to people at the outset that we may repair A, just to have B revealed. We hope the symptom is fixed with A and B, but it could take A, B... Login to read more. ![]()
