Actually no. ASE contracted Pro metric. That makes them responsible. Also I spoke to Pro-Metric and they told me to contact ASE as according to them, ASE requires this. I spoke to ASE and they told me Pro-Metric requires it. That's called passing the buck. Login to read more.
