A 21334 has a 20mmx1.5 thread A 21348 has 3/4X16 thread 3/4 is close to 19 mm with a 1mm difference in the thread I don't think that the filter would tighten up and if it did I don't think it would hold for long. I would try the two on a car and see for my sel... Login to read more.
