Couldn't agree more; I don't open early or stay late anymore. Our posted hours are 8-6 and we all work open to close, that's long enough. I get here at 7 and need time to organize, plan, and just plain wake up. I'll unlock at 7:50 at best. Staying late for las... Login to read more.
