Good luck to you. I cut out fast food, sodas, any drink with added sugar, started walking etc...lost 35 lbs. I now bring my lunch, deli meat, cheese, no bread, fruit and trail mix. I don't miss any of that stuff. My blood pressure is lower, I have more energy.... Login to read more. ![]()
