Whoops, I just saw David's post. AFAIK only the 01 - 03 U140e/f in the Rav4s had this PCM fault, which was the first "half" of the 2nd gen run before the 04 - 05 mid-model refresh, where many fixes and EPA compliance changes are usually made. Login to read more.
