I pay him $15.75 an hour at 40 hour work week. That is his guaranteed base pay ,That includes paid [...] he produces over 40 billable hours a week then I pay him flat rate at a higher hourly rate. My plan is to lower the bar a bit for him as I do understan... Login to read more.
