Wouldn't matter to me...I'd just add a line item charge of (say)...+5% to cover the hassle...hey...I'm not buying ANYONE's "SkyMiles" ...or giving them "Cash Back"...if people want the convenience of a plastic payment method it's gonna cost THEM...personally, ... Login to read more.
