Years ago a shop foreman told me that past 5 years old add 1% per year old. Then at 10 it goes to 2% per year. Based on that matrix the job should have a multiplier of 24% minimum. That gets that base job to 14.9 or so. Then add for each broken stud or bolt. ... Login to read more.
