That is why I always recommend a hybrid pay plan. Flat rate pay, unless work hours aren't met, then hourly at a lower rate kicks in to cover the remainder. If the tech doesn't achieve work hour time, there is either a problem with their efficiency, or the shop... Login to read more. ![]()
