That would be my exact complaint with "Flat Rape". The highly skilled tech that CAN diagnose and fix the problem vehicle get shafted by "only" being paid 1 for 1 while the lower skilled tech runs with the gravy brake jobs and such right next to him. Been there... Login to read more.
