Re: Stupid Question-Tracking Numbers
I never found a good way to do it with Mitchell, when I was
tracking comebacks I made up an excel spreadsheet and used
that. I had columns for the customer's name, original RO,
Original Date, cost of comeback, technician, and if it was
preventable. ![]()
