It certainly is a possibility the guy was a dog, but I'd bet the shop wasn't busy enough, or laid out correctly, or xyz to keep all 4 guys busy. Lose $75k in overhead, still put out the same amount of work, and all of a sudden you are a magician. Login to read more.
