While all of this is fairly true, isn't it possible that the higher RO$/lower cc could be that it takes longer to do higher dollar repairs? If it takes 2 hours to do a $200 job and 12 hours to do a $1200 job, wouldn't we assume the tech productivit... Login to read more.
