If it was 1.0hr labor, yes it would have been OK. But since they charged 1 hr plus $10.00 Shop Materials it wasn't. That's pretty much how I perceived it. If 1.0 hr was whatever it was, that would have been fine with me. I didn't want to pay for materials... Login to read more.
