Am I wrong in being matter-of-fact with customers?
As you all know, there are customers that come in with needed vehicle repairs, and come time to advise of such repairs they bring out their pity stories (going through a divorce, just bought a house, etc) and they ask if the price of the repairs can be reduced... Login to read more. ![]()
