It depends on if agencies want to inspect as you pull. I simply drop dry ice in the tank which results in CO2, an inert gas. Then dig them out. If you have an inspector, he will want to monitor the co2. Then the check the surrounding area for a leak. In Ca it'... Login to read more. ![]()
