Re: Flat rate vs hourly pay
Having worked both flat rate and hourly pay ill throw my .2 in here. It seems that at least in my area the shops that have a constant flow of work year round always pay by the hour and the shops that struggle to keep their guys busy want to pay flat rate. Now ... Login to read more. ![]()
