Five or six years ago I had an 03 Suburban come in for a misfire. Opened the hood and found the #4 plug wire disconnected. Once again customer knew nothing, hadn't ever opened the hood, etc. Never heard of any story, not to mention we were about an hour outsid... Login to read more.
