At our shop , Gary , we have a lot of propane powered tools , for outdoor work , and an old Tennant 4 cylinder propane powered lot sweeper , which has to be brought in and serviced , and then sent back out to work . My boss got tired of telling the guys , both old crew and new crew , about the dangers of handling propane , and the related applications for it , inside a shop , with the doors closed .He finally put a sign on the wall , which summed it up , quickly , and to the point , which read , " Anyone caught smoking inside the shop , when propane is inside the building , will be instantly terminated .Better I do it than the propane ." -
