Re: labor time on L.O.F. service
So one way or another he gets credit for flat rate hours,
why are you crediting him less than the flat rate time, give
him credit for 0.6 hours to 0.8 hours and bill your customer
whatever you want. If he is a good tech keep him happy. ![]()
