Right now, I just don't charge for easy stuff like that. I am a relatively new shop, and trying to overcome the bad reputation of every other shop that's been in this location. To me, free computer scan, and free vehicle inspection is an easy way to get return customers when they need to spend the big bucks, or referrals. Every new customer that I see right now tell me that they have heard good things about me from several sources.
