Sounds crazy but I actually had a customer sitting in one of our nice office chairs and all of the sudden kaboom the chair colapsed . It was a soild oak chair, the guy weighed 400 + pounds. Should I have charged him for the chair? I felt bad for him pretty har... Login to read more.
