A millwright from the Alberta oil fields mentioned that office chairs must have 5 legs/wheels. OSHA regs here. Garages tend to have old chairs. 4 legs//wheel chairs are much easier to tip and fall especially backward, obviously causing serious injury or death.... Login to read more.
