Bruce, you should set in on a few management seminars, some of them teach how to gain by screwing over the techs. One I was at was pushing a sliding flat rate pay system. Example for a lead tech 10hrs flag you get 15hr, 20hrs flag you get 20hr, 30hrs flag you... Login to read more. ![]()
