Re: TRACS users... whats the best way to 'flag' a customer?
Davids idea is a good one also, but I just edit their name and put *** next to it, so when I pull up their information I see the *** and then I read the note that I put there also, once you add something to their name, it will trigger the bad memory. Login to read more. ![]()
