Here is my short formula. With an active OWNER. (2 or 3 techs to 1 SA hire a 2nd SA before 4 techs) then 1 receptionist/cashier to 2 SA's, then 1 shop foreman to 6 techs this would be 9-10 bay shop. IMHO Login to read more.
