Ok, I just reviewed the info and see i worded my first post wrong. Its easier this way. In a 12 month period minus 3 work weeks ( vacation and sick leave) his flagged hrs are aproximatley 2164 hrs. Maybe this gives a better image. Not looking for a raise, just... Login to read more.
