Re: To charge or to forget
We solved this problem for the most part with a reminder call the day before the appointment. The call is short and sweet. My preference is to make these calls between 10:00 and noon the day before. Probably eliminated 90% of my no shows this way. I chose 10 ... Login to read more. ![]()
