I see 3 scenarios: 1) customer already has appt, 2) customer calls w/CEL only complaint, and 3) customer 'drops by' with CEL.

Customers don't know if 'tighten the gas cap' may be all that's needed.

Cross this with a matrix of good/bad/new customers.
