I have confirmed tonight the cut was 20 to 12 for the tech and incentive rate was increased so at 20 hours billed it was worth more than 40 hours clocked. And the the 40 hour flat rate pay was also increased. Reason - in the shop, techs would get a slow Monday... Login to read more.
