If a shop wants to pay flatrate, THEN PAY FLATRATE, not cutrate. Paying .5 for an alignment IS NOT FLATRATE! Paying .16 for an LOF IS NOT FLATRATE! Paying .8 for brakes including turn rotors, IS NOT FLATRATE!
