Re: Screwed up a labour quote
I have had it happen to me more than once. It didn't matter if it was my fault, management's fault or nobody's fault. The fall back excuse was, " I can't charge the customer for that so I can't pay you." Ain't flat rate grand? Login to read more. ![]()
