Re: How Much Do You Spend To Attract New Customers?
One post some time ago comes to mind. The ESO offered $1 off
the labor rate for every year the customer returns for all
their services and repairs. I thought it was a good idea,
till I considered the well established shop with 20 year
clients :-)
