Paul, I did NOT say you are dishonest. I stated, and this I stand by and mean it, the scenario where the shop quotes their customer XX/hour for diagnosis, but makes darn sure that their technician spends NO MORE than 30 minutes on it, this is what I discussed.... Login to read more.
