I always try to ascertain what the tech is trying to fix. Is there a TSB listing the symptoms and codes? Is there really an update/TSB related to P0700? Or is this like trying to fix a P0601 on a Chrysler with a flash? Wishful thinking and flashing cannot cure... Login to read more.
