In 82 I bought a Honda CX500 Turbo (I called it a Star Wars) bike. Had a 13,000 redline and a 6-speed and the infamous 85 mph speedometer. I had it redlined in sixth and shifted into neutral and coasted 4 miles before the red bars came off 85.
