I thought I had seen it all,...... Towed in, cranks won't start 95 chevy van. We push it in, no fuel pump, no signal to the relay, go to the pcm to back probe the signal wire to the relay, no pcm. The wires are there. Just no pcm. Call the customer and ask abo... Login to read more.
