Bill, I CLEARLY tried to explain that if a tire is repaired in such a manner that it does not leak air, this CANNOT be construed that this repair is SAFE. It may be POTENTIALLY very dangerous, because the injury is NOT PROPERLY REINFORCED with the CORRECT size... Login to read more.
