Hi Roy, in 2000 I bought a 2000 BMW 3 series. They said to change the oil every 15500 miles. I guess I could have done it that way but I used oil which meets their spec and changed it every 7500 or so. Car is still going strong with 180k on the clock. Best car... Login to read more.
